We take pride in providing free doorstep delivery of our products to nearly anywhere in the world!
Don’t worry! Sometimes, it takes a couple of days to update your shipment status. Email us at kun.inspirations@gmail.com and we will let you know where your package is.

Jewelry Care and Maintenance
Absolutely!
- Store your jewelry in their designated box.
- Remove jewelry before engaging in housework, or taking a shower.
- Remove them before exercising to avoid losing them! It happened to the best of us.
- Wear your pieces regularly to prevent oxidation during prolonged storage.
Yes, of course!
- Soak jewelry in warm soapy water or a reliable jewelry cleaner.
- Gently scrub away dirt with a soft brush or cloth, avoiding sharp tools to prevent scratching.
- Rinse the jewelry in warm water.
- Dry it with a soft or microfiber cloth
Returns & Exchanges
When Refunds accepted, they will take anywhere between 5-10 business days to appear back on your statement.

You can deliver it to the nearest FedEx, UPS, DHL or any other reliable shipping company, trusting that they will safely return your jewelry to us.
Absolutely, yes. KUN insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Because we want to make sure you receive your products, we require that you sign for goods delivered. At that point, you become responsible for the pieces. However, if the pieces are to be delivered to someone other than yourself, then signature by the recipient at the specified delivery address constitutes for delivery by KUN and responsibility for the product is transferred at that point.
We are a small business and while we pay for shipping, any additional customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will be charged to the customer.
We are confident that you will love and want to keep our products. Nevertheless, you have 3 days to try them out, and If it doesn’t work out because of manufacturing matter, email us at kun.inspiration@gmail.com and we will sort it out for you.
To keep things smooth, we suggest giving your jewelry a thorough examination upon arrival to make sure it’s in a perfect condition. If you do notice any issues, you’ve got a 3-day window from the delivery date to get in touch with us and share your concerns.
A courteous reminder: Prior to placing your order, kindly verify your size, as any applicable shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
While we are currently not set up for refunds -it’s all because each piece is uniquely crafted for you to stand out, we’re more than willing to assist with an exchange if you happen to receive a wrong or defective jewelry piece, and we will process it as a return. Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

– Call your credit card issuer – they might’ve have stopped this payment from going through.
