Shipping Policies

at KUN, we are pleased to offer complimentary delivery to almost everywhere in the world.

As we step into our soft launching phase, it’s important to note that each order is crafted specifically for you, following a “Made to Order” process.

Additionally, once you’ve placed an order, there’s a 24-hour window for you to contact us if you need to cancel or request a refund.

For our international customers, please be mindful of potential local destination taxes and duties. These charges are separate from the shipping fees paid during checkout, and unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse or refund any fees incurred.

Once your order is in-progress, you’ll receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If the tracking indicates “delivered,” please be aware that we can’t take responsibility for unclaimed packages. However, if you encounter any issues with the shipment, do let us know, and we’ll do our best to collaborate with the carrier to resolve it promptly.

Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping details during checkout, as changes cannot be made after shipment.

Free Shipping

Our online store now offers free world-wide shipping, regardless of what you order. Orders may take up to 2 weeks to be shipped from the moment of ordering and could take up to 10 business days to be delivered.

Confirmation

Once we have shipped your order you will receive a confirmation email. We ship with FedEx, UPS, and other shipping carriers. When possible, we will send you a tracking number as provided by the shipping carrier.

Your Order
is on Its Way

We do not track packages nor do we have access to any additional information regarding a parcel’s location other than the shipper’s tracking number which you are provided when a parcel ships. If you are shipping internationally or opt for expedited shipping, the rate charged is based on the weight of your products and your location.

Once we have shipped your order you will receive a confirmation email.

  • We will send you a tracking number as provided by the shipping carrier, when your order ships.
  • Please allow at least 12 hours for the shipper’s website to update before searching for your tracking report.
